In a session with me expect us to explore your thinking patterns because how you think, feel and what you do impacts your everyday life. Expect an exploration of goals, short term, and long term. If you do not know what your goals are, that’s okay. We will figure it out together. I like to provide a comfortable, non-judgmental, and safe place for sharing.
I utilize evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. I am client-centered, I empower and focus on current struggles and barriers to goals. I focus on the healing of the soul and self-love. I am in training to be a sex therapist. I work innovatively with partners in the community to help improve intimacy and sexual issues so your relationships may thrive.
